You are invited to our 1st self-restorative event in the Lotus Sanctuary.
We will practice listening, first to ourselves and then with each other.
Your hostesses: Empathy mentors and NVC facilitators, Sage Knight and Krystal Cheung
Bring (optional): journal, healthy potluck (soup and tea provided); this is a non-alcohol/substance event
