Compassionate Communication Circle in Nature

Let's kick off the year with a friendly meet and greet, to connect and learn a simple practice that may make your life more peaceful, your relationships more connected, your mind less stressful (and, in this way, the world a little more sane!). :)

What we'll do: We'll meet at the entrance, exchange greetings, walk into the park together, and find a place to circle up. Then I'll share an experiential self-empathy practice with y'all as an intro to NVC/Compassionate Communication.

What people have said in the past: Most folks I know who've done this work express appreciation for feeling calmer, more peaceful, with more clarity and trust in themselves and in life.

What to bring: An open mind, curiosity, water, snacks, comfy clothes, comfy shoes, something to write on and with (eg. journal).
